Return Policy
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the returns page or return policy, and then request a return. Click here for your customeraccount
Sign in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address and then click "Continue".
Open the email sent from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to return.
If your order contains more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a comment to the store.
Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving the item to request a return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the EU
If goods are delivered in the EU, you have the right, notwithstanding the above, to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any specific reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.
