What delivery options do I have?
Delivery Methods
We deliver to DHL Service Point and use UPS for international shipments.
Pick-up of ordered items, with notification typically within 24 hours, available for collection on-site Monday to Friday, 10 AM–4 PM.
Local delivery within 40 km, this option appears automatically at checkout, available on Tuesdays 10 AM–3 PM or Thursdays 3 PM–9 PM.
Delivery Time
Unless otherwise informed, the standard delivery time from the time of placing the order is:
During periods of high demand, delivery times may be longer. The current delivery time is shown when you select the delivery method at checkout.
The delivery time is also indicated in the order confirmation.
Please note that none of our carriers offer deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Unless otherwise informed, the standard delivery time from the time the order is placed is:
Standard delivery: 4–6 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
Express delivery: 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
International delivery times are typically 6–10 working days but may take 2–3 weeks.
*For sparsely populated areas (mainly northern Sweden and islands), delivery times will be longer.
Shipping Costs
The price you see is the final price, with no additional fees or taxes upon delivery within Sweden & EU.
Pick-up is free.
Local delivery for a minimum order of SEK 1,000 costs SEK 149. Orders over SEK 2,000 have free delivery.
Important Information for International Orders
For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (EU) – with the exception of Norway – prices are quoted and invoiced excluding VAT (Value Added Tax/Moms) in accordance with EU VAT regulations. Exports of goods from the EU are VAT-exempt.Special note for Norway:
Thanks to our VOEC registration, we charge Norwegian VAT (25%) directly at checkout for eligible low-value orders (goods under NOK 3,000 per item, excluding restricted categories like food or excise goods). This means your order will clear Norwegian customs quickly with no additional import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees upon arrival.
For all other non-EU countries, upon arrival in your country, the shipment may be subject to:
Import VAT (or equivalent local sales tax)
Customs duties
Other import fees or handling charges
These additional costs are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient (buyer). They are typically calculated based on the value of the goods, shipping costs, and applicable local rates, and may be collected by the courier upon delivery.We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of any potential charges before placing your order.
